my prasada is a reference to "my divine grace" or "my clarity;" prasada being a sanskrit term. This is my own little journey down my own path. This is in terms of both mental and physical health.
At the moment? Working towards losing 20 pounds by June 12 (it is now March 20). Here's to hoping I can do this.
